Award-Winning Offices in the Historic Heart of Prague JSK Investments has won the Start-Up Office category at the Office of the Year Awards!

At the end of last year, we moved into our new offices. It was a big moment for us — not just logistically, but symbolically. We wanted a space that reflects who we are, how we work, and what team means to us. Most importantly, we wanted a place we’d love coming to every day. 
 
Our offices are located in Prague’s historic center, so it was important for us to preserve the unique character of the location while blending it with modern elements. What did it take? Over three months of intensive planning and six months of careful craftsmanship. It wasn’t always easy — which makes us all the more proud to have received the Office of the Year award in the Start-Up Office category. 
 
But for us, this award means much more than just a trophy. It’s proof that when things are done with care, thoughtfulness, and purpose, they bring results. Our offices aren’t just about a beautiful interior — they reflect how we think, what we value, and what truly matters to us. 
 
The most important part? Our team feels great here. Because we have:

• open sightlines and an abundance of natural daylight,
• shared community spaces with views over Prague,
• plenty of meeting rooms and phone booths,
• live greenery both inside and on our terraces,
• an interior designed and crafted exclusively by Czech companies. 

 
And who made it all happen? 
Dozens of talented people and companies came together on this project. One of our key principles from the very start was: everything should be Czech. And if something couldn’t be sourced in the Czech Republic, the only exception we allowed was Slovakia. We truly believe local creation has incredible value — and that Czech companies hold exceptional talent, quality, and attention to detail.
