JSK is not limiting itself to the Czech market - its goal is to build a global investment group with a European reach. "We are not just about capital growth, but about real impact. We want to invest where we can make a difference," says Simona Kijonková, who as managing partner is personally involved in the selection and support of investee projects.

Simona Kijonková
Simona's journey has led her from a determined entrepreneur to one of the most prominent figures in Czech business according to Forbes magazine. She was behind the building of the largest Czech logistics company, Zásilkovna, and its parent group Packeta, which enabled the company to expand abroad. After its successful sale in 2024, she didn't think long about her next path: "I knew right away that my next step would be to help other entrepreneurs."
Simona has been involved in investing since the age of 19. In 2017, together with her husband Jaromír, they founded the family office JSK Investments, through which the entire Kijonka family now focuses on both active and passive investments.
In 2024, she set up her foundation with which she wants to financially support socially disadvantaged children - and not only at moments when they would not have received any other help. Simona Kijonkova's strong impact is reflected by the fact that she became a member of the National Economic Council of the Government (NERV) in 2020, in addition to her many awards. In other words, Simona is enabling growth for children, companies and the Czech Republic itself.

Jaromír Kijonka
The story of Jaromír Kijonka is an example of entrepreneurial courage and strategic thinking. In 2005, he co-founded Alensa, which gradually grew from a small e-shop to one of the largest online retailers of contact lenses and optical products in Europe. The company's successful growth was supported by expansion into foreign markets and the acquisition of strong local players, including Slovenia's Adrial and Romania's SC Noavidet SRL.
In 2017, he and his wife Simona Kijonkova co-founded JSK Investments, a family holding company that invests in innovative projects in the technology, healthcare and real estate sectors. Since 2022, Jaromir has also focused on retail and gradually built a network of brick-and-mortar opticians Alensa. His entrepreneurial success was also confirmed by his inclusion in the prestigious Forbes 100 Richest People list.

Support
As part of our social responsibility, we support the Simona Kijonková Foundation, which focuses mainly on supporting socially disadvantaged children. We support the Foundation with direct financial support, but also by providing free facilities for its work.

Only Czech architects, designers and contractors were involved in the construction of our offices in the centre of Prague. For us, they are an expression of support for local creation and Czech craftsmanship. Everything in our office is a demonstration of the honest and precise work that we can do in the Czech Republic and of which we can be rightly proud.
