JSK Investments SICAV a.s. is a self-managed investment fund within the meaning of Section 8 of Act No. 240/2013 Coll., on Investment Companies and Investment Funds. As such, it constitutes an investment fund with legal personality which, pursuant to an authorization granted by the Czech National Bank, is entitled to manage its assets independently and to exceed the statutory threshold.
