JSK Investments s.r.o., together with its co-shareholders, has successfully sold a 100% stake in LUSIMA AD Property s.r.o.

The investment company JSK Investments s.r.o., together with its co-shareholders, has completed the sale of LUSIMA AD Property s.r.o., which owns land located in the wider center of Prague and has been part of the JSK Investments portfolio since 2023. The new owner is a company jointly held by Logport Development s.r.o. and J&T REAL ESTATE CR LIMITED.

“This location holds significant potential, and we are pleased that it is now in the hands of an investor capable of fully developing it in the future. I would like to thank all advisors involved in the transaction and wish the new owners every success in the further development of the project,” said Simona Kijonková, CEO of JSK Investments.

The site dates back to the 1970s, when it was home to Autodružstvo Praha, which provided vehicle servicing. It later also operated as an authorized Škoda dealership. The company currently leases out the properties.

On the sellers’ side, the transaction was led by Colliers International s.r.o., in cooperation with legal advisors Tauber Špačková, advokátní kancelář, s.r.o., Axialis Legal s.r.o., advokátní kancelář, and HLADKY.LEGAL advokátní kancelář s.r.o.
