Packeta Holding, known in the Czech Republic for its company Zásilkovna, is one of the most important players in the field of e-commerce logistics in Central Europe. Founded in 2010 by Simona Kijonková under the name Zásilkovna, the company has grown over the years into an international holding with operations in 33 countries and a network of more than 15,000 outlets and Z-Boxes. Thanks to its technological infrastructure, automation and innovative solutions, it has redefined the way parcels are delivered, fundamentally changing the logistics market.

For JSK Investments, the Packeta Group was the first successful exit. It was sold in 2024 to a consortium of investors led by CVC Capital Partners and Emma Capital, with capital support from family investment company R2G. The exit confirmed JSK Investments' strategy of building strong, sustainable businesses with long-term value.
